In the position of nursing assistant, you will work with care and support based on the residents' wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can involve everything from chatting, playing games, going on outings, cycling, or finding fun activities to do together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training.

We are currently looking for several colleagues at 75% for a permanent position with a probationary period.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several part-time colleagues for a permanent position with a probationary period at a 75% employment rate.

To be considered for the position, you need to have:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
